Thanks to the amazing support of @Elza, our Plume blog should now be back up!

"Network planning and control specialists smoothly integrated an average of two new nodes per week as monthly data flow through the Tymnet network climbed above 12 billion characters in 1978."
@dregin Still, I think Ulster Rugby could have been doing more to reach out to those on the other side of the fence. A fence that's to move from the mental to the physical, if a hard brexit prevails.
I've not lived in Ulster for almost 20 years though and it looks that things are changing for the better with a couple of Donegal lads now members of Ulster's academy.
@dregin I was a bit disappointed that he didn't touch on the isolation of the 3 Ulster counties that aren't in the north. I certainly felt it growing up there. Rugby just wasn't a sport to be even considered. I blame the GAA for this attitude, rugby being a 'banned sport' until too recently. A friend's dad was booted from the local GAA club because he had the cheek to play cricket(another banned sport).
Really enjoyed this article from Darren Cave of Ulster Rugby. Great to see players stepping away from the shackles pf media training led soundbites and letting us know that they do feel like the rest of us that live in reality.

Ah, yes. Cromwell - a grand lad! #brexit #not http://waterfordwhispersnews.com/2019/01/30/remembering-irelands-heroes-oliver-cromwell/
I was going to announce it a bit later and more properly, but Mastodon received a $70k grant from Samsung NEXT through OpenCollective. I intend to make it available to those who contribute to the project, and have already notified some of the most regular contributors. The way OpenCollective works is that anyone can submit an expense and all transactions are listed transparently. It also holds the money.
As for myself, I intend to continue using Patreon for my own wage/costs.
